I started selling ski trips to friends at 14 years old. After a few years I opened Action Turismo Operadora and began to sell and operate luxury destinations and products besides ski trips.
We work solely with tailor-made trips based on clients’ desires, budgets and dreams.
A few years ago, we decided to take down our website and just work by recommendation or appointment which has been a great strategy, as anyone who calls us for requests can get an idea of the way we work.
We use the latest technology but, in this aspect, we work the old-fashioned way — this decision was great as it allows us to get much closer to our clients, travel agencies and suppliers. We strive to answer every single request from each client.
In our case, social media is our only big marketing weapon to attract new clients and make past ones remember us. Everything has become much faster in terms of communication, reservation technologies, etc.
